Forty-five-foot wooden climbing poles, indoors and out, mean training never stops for weather. Students build real climbing confidence in a controlled, instructor-led environment.

The ATC is the product of a partnership between Jackson College, the Michigan Municipal Electric Association (MMEA), and Alpha Omega Safety Solutions — built to train young people to be the best lineworkers they can be.

Alpha Omega contracted with Jackson College to deliver comprehensive safety and infrastructure training, creating direct, career-ready pathways into the utility workforce.
