Week of October 16, 2026
Licenses earned.
Classrooms full.
Students excited.
A quick look back at last week, from the CDL yard to the classroom to crews in the field.
CDL Program
Every student passed and earned their CDL license.
Congratulations to our newest CDL graduates. Four students, four licenses. What made the difference was patience, and connecting with each student’s learning style.
No empty seats, either. A brand-new CDL class started last week, and it’s completely full.
College Programs
Family Day at Lansing Community College
Our instructors spent the day with our current 9-week students and their families.
Parents and students expressed their excitement for the learning environment.
New this season: a climbing lab course
The climbing lab helps past and current students sharpen their skills for future job opportunities. Past students keep building on what they learned. Current students sharpen their skills hands-on. All of it so they’re ready to step up when the work calls.
