Hi,
I wanted to reach out personally to share some exciting news — Alpha Omega Utility Services (AOUS) has officially been acquired by SPE Group.
This is a strategic step forward that allows us to grow what we do best — hands-on training, workforce development, and safety-first solutions — while gaining additional resources and support through SPE's broader network.
I know your first question is probably: what changes? Here's the short answer:
AOUS remains its own brand. Same name, same identity.
Same team, same mission. James, Sebastian, and the full crew — everyone you know is still here.
Same commitment to training and safety. The Safety Circuit Model. IBEW-certified crews. Field-first.
What's new is the scale. SPE brings deep experience in construction, storm response, and field operations — and joining their network means greater reach, expanded capabilities, and an even stronger investment in workforce development.
This partnership allows us to keep building safer teams, stronger operations, and long-term success — just at a bigger scale. The work doesn't change. It grows.
More to come soon. We're just getting started — and we're glad you're part of it.
Warm regards,
Jeremy Adcock · COO
